SS8’s Globe answers the “Who” (identifying subscriber identifiers), “Where” (latitude/longitude), and “When” (time an event occurred) for location intelligence or contact tracing investigations. It identifies map coordinates corresponding to cell site locations using its built-in Base Station Almanac (BSA), while also providing RESTful APIs, enabling other modules to access and secure results for various use cases. Designed to scale up to 200 million subscribers, Globe also provides alerts to analysts when key conditions are met—such as crossing of a geofence or meeting. Globe has a fullfeatured Graphical User Interface (GUI) and user management system. It can ingest location data from multiple sources—either via folder scanning or via RESTful API—and run its advanced suite of specialized use cases against it.
